Within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. You get back everything you paid.

Cancel

At any time. Your plan ends at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged. A yearly plan that has renewed at least once ends within a month, and the unused part of the year is refunded.

Write to contact@universalconversion.ch with your name, the email address of your account, and whether you are withdrawing or cancelling. Or send a letter to Universal Conversion, [c/o STREET ADDRESS], [NPA] Fribourg, Switzerland. For a withdrawal you can use the model withdrawal form, but you don’t have to. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days end.

What happens next

Every request is confirmed straight away by email, to the account’s own address, with the date and time we received it.
A withdrawal ends the subscription and we refund everything you paid, to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving it. You pay nothing for the refund.
A cancellation ends the plan on the date in the confirmation. You keep everything the plan includes until then.
Made without signing in, a request can be undone from the confirmation email by the account’s owner, in case somebody typed the wrong address. A withdrawal’s refund is made 48 hours later, once that chance has passed. [CONFIRM]
You keep your account, on the free allowance.
